- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes, and then cut them into wedges.
- Mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the sweet potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the spices.
- Set the sweet potato wedges in a flat layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the sweet potato wedges are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
