Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes, and then cut them into wedges.
  3. Mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Add the sweet potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the spices.
  5. Set the sweet potato wedges in a flat layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the sweet potato wedges are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
