Method
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Place the other tortilla on top of the cheese.
- Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add the butter.
- Place the quesadilla in the pan and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the quesadilla from the pan and cut it into wedges.
