  1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  2. Use kitchen shears to butterfly cut the tail, down the center.
  3. Pull lobster meat upward and season with salt & pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together butter, garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, & parsley. Spread on lobster tails
