Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup oats
  • ¼ cup protein powder
  • 2 tbsp flax meal

Method
 

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender on medium low speed. Mix well.
  2. Heat a skillet to medium high heat. Add batter to skillet and cook for 3 minutes each side.
  3. Top with any toppings like syrup, peanut butter, and more.
