Method
- Use 2 oz plastic cups and place on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix gelatin and boiling water. Whisk until gelatin dissolves. Pour gin and cold water, whisk to combine.
- Pour mixture into each plastic cup, put lids on top.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve.
