Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with a bit of salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and dill.
  4. Brush the salmon fillets with the oil mixture.
  5. Grill the salmon fillets for 7-8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Remove the coooked salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few short minutes before serving.
