Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb medium shrimp peeled
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the linguine pasta following the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through.
  4. Add the cooked linguine pasta to the skillet with the shrimp and toss to combine.
  5. Stir in the chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese—season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
