Method
- Slice all ingredients for the burger toppings
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Spread butter on bun and toast with a skillet or grill.
- Divide beef into equal portions after forming the patties. Create 1" thick patties, season with salt and pepper.
- Grill burger patties while covered for 5 minutes. Flip side and cover for another 3 minutes.
- Open grill and add cheese slices, cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Assemble toppings and serve.
