  • 4 medium sized sweet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Scrub and soak sweet potato fries in cold water for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil. Slide them into the oven so they become hot.
  • Slice your fries into 1/4-1/2 inch sticks. Put them into a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Put the sweet potatoes onto hot baking sheets and spread into one layer. Do not over crowd them or they will not brown.
