- 16 oz. milk chocolate or dark chocolate
- 3½ cups semi sweet milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 1¼ cup marshmallow creme
- 4 cups sugar
- 1½ cups evaporated milk
Combine the chocolate bar, chocolate chips, butter, and marshmallow in a large mixing bowl.
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and the evaporated milk. Mix until well combined over medium heat. Stir for 3-4 minutes while boiling.
Pour the cooked ingredients over the chocolate in mixing bowl little by little, repeat stirring until constantly smooth.
Pour into a greased 9×13 glass baking dish. Cover tightly and refrigerate until hardened. Keep refrigerated until serving time.
