Ingredients
  

  • 30 cocktail sausages
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • salt and pepper
  • mustard, ketchup, dipping sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Cut each triangle into three smaller triangles.
  4. Place a cocktail sausage on the wide end of each smaller triangle and roll it up in the dough.
  5. Beat the egg in a bowl and brush it over the tops of the pigs in a blanket.
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the tops of the pigs in a blanket.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and cooked.
  8. Serve hot with mustard, ketchup, or your favorite dipping sauce.
