Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
  • 3 ½ tsp baking powder
  • tsp vanilla
  • 1⅓ Tbsp sugar
  • cup water or carbonated water
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp butter melted
  • ¾ tsp salt

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together.
  2. Form a well in the mixture, pour water, melted butter, vanilla, and egg. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat pan over medium-high heat, pour desired batter on pan. Wait until bubbles form, then flip. Cook for another minute, or until brown on both sides.
  4. Remove from pan and serve.
