Method
- In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together.
- Form a well in the mixture, pour water, melted butter, vanilla, and egg. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
- Heat pan over medium-high heat, pour desired batter on pan. Wait until bubbles form, then flip. Cook for another minute, or until brown on both sides.
- Remove from pan and serve.
