Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup whole oats
  • cups water
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp sea salt

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine oats, vanilla, water, and maple syrup. Blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Use a mesh strainer over a bowl and strain the milk. Do not push excess through strainer.
  3. Add additional maple syrup if desired, then chill overnight. Add ice to chill immediately. Serve.
