This innovative culinary experience, exclusive to the hotel's on-site restaurant, About Last Knife, promises to elevate diners' taste buds in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.

Diners select from a Red (meat), Blue (seafood), or Green (vegan) menu option in advance, but the specific dishes remain a mystery until they tantalize the taste buds.
