Carnivale, the well-known South American-inspired restaurant, is ready to transform the dining experience with the launch of Komal at Carnivale. This exclusive, intimate gathering, limited to just six guests per seating, promises an unforgettable culinary journey guided by the hands of a master chef. You can be confident in the quality of your experience, as our chefs are among the best in their field. They will take you on a sensory adventure, sharing the stories and techniques behind each dish. Inspired by the Japanese concept of omakase, where the chef selects the menu, Komal at Carnivale puts a Latin American spin on the tradition.
The experience takes its name from the comal, a flat griddle used to cook over an open flame, a cornerstone of South American cuisine. Chefs will skillfully utilize this tool to create a symphony of flavors before your eyes. "We’re excited to introduce Komal at Carnivale as the next evolution of our dining experience," said Sam Randazzo, General Manager of Carnivale. The menu will be a dynamic showcase of seasonal ingredients, with beverage pairings available to enhance each course. Komal at Carnivale is the brainchild of a collaboration between Carnivale’s Chef Carlos Garza and "Top Chef Brasil" alum Chef Alex Sotero, who is also leading the culinary team for Carnivale’s upcoming Bahamas location. Reservations for this highly anticipated experience are now open on Tock for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings at 7 pm.
